Schaffner, a leading company internationally in the electromagnetic compatibility sector, has unveiled a new family of power entry modules. The FN 9263 filters contain an EMC filter and a mains switch for single-phase on/off switching. A small form factor permits affordable use in devices with limited space available. The FN 9263 filter modules are mechanically compatible with the well-tried FN 9260 Series with built-in fuses and have very good symmetrical and asymmetrical attenuation characteristics.

The new FN 9263 IEC inlet filter modules are designed for a maximum continuous operating voltage of 250 VAC and rated currents of 1 to 10A (ENEC, UL, CSA, CQC). The series is rounded out by various mechanical installation variants. The filters have all of the necessary safety acceptances and are RoHS compliant.
