With the COM65T6112KLC display, CASIO has introduced an ultracompact 6.5" VGA TFT display for industrial applications. With an installation depth of just 3.9 mm, it is the flattest 6.5" display currently available worldwide. Moreover, it stands out by virtue of very efficient utilization of space. With a display area of 132.5x99.4 mm, the external dimensions are just 152x117 mm. The new display is highly suitable for applications in which uncompromising representation quality is required even under cramped conditions.
The COM65T6112KLC display wins over users with a high-contrast depiction and brilliant colors. As a TFT of the latest generation, it has a viewing angle of 80° in every direction. The LED backlighting delivers a brightness of 400cd/m ² and has a service life of 50,000 hours. The display is driven via a parallel, digital 18-bit RGB interface. This interface permits reproduction of up to 262,144 colors. The temperature range of the module is specified at -20°C to +70°C.

Like all Casio displays certified for industrial applications, the COM65T6112KLC has an availability of at least five years. Samples of the new displays will be available starting in July; series production will start in October.
